every day is a new year

First order of business: I want to wish you an incredibly Happy Healthy Fantabulous New Year ❤ ❤ Thank you for subscribing to me, thank you for the wonderful notes and success stories you send that brighten up my days, thank you for supporting the material I work on with heart and soul, thank you for every time you have ever shared my information with your friends, and right this moment thank you for taking the time to read this!

Now, tell me you aren’t setting the dreaded “New Year’s Resolution” (I’ll bet there’s a brilliant math wizard somewhere who knows the stat for the fail rate on those wretched things!). January 1st tends to be a time to reflect or set new goals but the fact is that every day is a new year if you want it to be… you can change anything, anytime. Really. You can.

And on that thought, I am going to skip the “big January diet” campaign (since there are 5 million useless diets hitting your inbox right about now).  Instead I’m going to share an awesome smoothie recipe with you that is an explosion of vitamin C and B6.

Why Vitamin C and B6 specifically? Because they both provide stress relief and are a great way to start off any day – so what a great recipe to start off the year with :) We all have way too much stress in our lives. Any time you can boost your system with a natural nutritional supplement – do it!

Here are some nutrition facts and my “anti stress smoothie recipe”:

Get your blender out and let me tell you how to start your day off with a huge hit of 2 fantastic anti-stress vitamins: C and B6.
This smoothie gives you 210mg (353% of a day’s worth) of vitamin C, 1.3mg of B6 (67%), plus 2 extra bonuses 1841 IU of vitamin A (37%) and 15g of fiber (58%). Now THAT’S a powerful nutritional supplement and guess what? Like everything else in my world: it’s delicious, easy, fast, and totally natural.

SMOOTHIE RECIPE: 1 cup mango, 1 cup pineapple, 1 orange, 1 banana

GOOD TO KNOW: the fruit with the LEAST punch in this mix? The orange. Which is surprising to most people since oranges have become synonymous with vitamin C. And that is good news because the other 3 are easy to keep in the freezer and have on hand at all times. So if you didn’t have a chance to grocery shop and you skip the orange – it’s no problem!
